The Draft EIS public review and comment period is open through February 11, 2025, after which the military services will consider the comments received and develop the Final EIS. Once completed, the Final EIS will be made available to the public for review, which is expected in Fall 2025.

There are opportunities for the public to participate in the EIS/OEIS and NHPA Section 106 processes. The military services welcome and appreciate the public’s participation.
