Public Comments

The Navy accepted public comments during the scoping period from Dec. 15, 2023, through Jan. 29, 2024. Comments submitted via the project website or by mail will be considered under the National Environmental Policy Act and pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The Draft EIS/OEIS will be available for public review and comment in Fall 2024.
