The Navy is holding three in-person public meetings in San Diego, Honolulu, and Lihue, which will consist of an open-house information session, a short presentation by the Navy, and a public oral comment session. 

Comments will be accepted in writing or verbally during the oral comment session. Navy representatives will be available during the open house to answer questions and clarify information related to the Draft EIS.
