After the close of the scoping period on January 29, 2024, the Navy will consider the comments received during the public scoping period and develop the Draft EIS. Once completed, the Draft EIS will be made available to the public for review and comment, which is expected in fall 2024. 

Project Schedule

There are opportunities for the public to participate in the development of the EIS/OEIS. The Navy welcomes and appreciates the public’s participation.
