Public Comments

Thank you for your interest in providing comments on the Navy's proposal to prepare an SEIS for improving homeport facilities for three NIMITZ-class aircraft carriers in support of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.

The public scoping comment period is now closed. The Navy appreciates all of the comments received. Comments will be considered and addressed in the Draft SEIS, which is expected to be released in the Summer of 2024.  During the public comment period for the Draft SEIS, the public will have another opportunity to provide input on the draft analysis of the Proposed Action and the potential impacts on the environment.
