Thank you for your interest in providing comments on the ICEX 2024 Supplemental Environmental Assessment/Overseas Environmental Assessment (SEA/OEA) during the public involvement process.

The public commenting period is now closed. The U.S. Navy appreciates all of the comments received. Comments will be considered and addressed in the Final SEA/OEA which is expected to be released in December 2023.
