Public comments on the Draft EA must be postmarked or received online no later than July 19, 2019, to be considered and addressed in the Final EA. The comment period is now closed. Thank you for your participation in the public involvement process. 

The public was encouraged to submit substantive comments on the draft EA during this period. The U.S. Navy appreciates all of the comments received during this period.
