Public Comments
The public was invited to review the Draft EIS and provide substantive comments on the Proposed Action, the environmental analysis, and the project’s potential to affect historic properties in line with Section 402 of the NHPA. The public review and commenting period for the Draft EIS was open from April 14 to June 12, 2026, Yap Time (YAPT). The public commenting period is now closed and all substantive comments will be considered in the preparation of the Final EIS.
