Open-House Public Meeting
The Navy held an open-house public meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the O‘ahu Veterans Center, which included informational poster stations staffed by Navy representatives who answered questions and shared information about the Proposed Action and upcoming environmental analysis. Public comments were accepted in writing at the public meeting.
