The Department of the Navy has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the construction of the Pacific Deep Electromagnetic Research Measurement Array (PACDERMA). The Proposed Action would occur at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) on Kauai, Hawaii, and in its adjacent offshore waters.
