Draft EA/OEA Documents
The U.S. Department of the Navy and the U.S. Army have prepared a Second Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA) / Overseas Environmental Assessment (OEA) to analyze potential environmental impacts from conducting proposed Joint Flight Campaign (JFC) flight test activities. This Supplemental EA/OEA provides supplemental analysis for JFC flight test activities not included in the JFC EA/OEA completed in 2022 or the JFC Supplemental EA/OEA completed in 2024 (see the Historical EA/OEA Documents page to view these previous environmental analyses).
