Public Involvement

During the public comment period for the Draft Amended Analysis (March 14 – April 28, 2025), you have an opportunity to submit comments. Comments received during the public comment period will become part of the public record and will be addressed in the Final Amended Analysis. Upon completion, the Final Amended Analysis will be released to the public. 

We invite you to learn more about this project by:

1) Review the Draft Amended Analysis. Copies are available for review at the following 22 area libraries.
