Public Involvement

During the public comment period for the Draft Amended Analysis (March 14 – May 13, 2025), you have an opportunity to submit comments. Comments received during the public comment period will become part of the public record and will be addressed in the Final Amended Analysis. Upon completion, the Final Amended Analysis will be released to the public. 

We invite you to learn more about this project by:

1) Review the Draft Amended Analysis. Copies are available for review at the following 22 area libraries.

2) Attend In-Person Public Meetings

3) Attend a Virtual Public Meeting

The Navy will host one virtual meeting featuring an informational presentation and will address questions submitted in advance. Please see below for more details and registration information:

• Virtual Meeting Date/Time: April 3, 2025 - 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PDT
• The period to submit questions in advance of the virtual meeting opened on March 14 and closed on March 21, 2025. If you would like to submit an official public comment on the Draft Amended Analysis, please visit the Public Commenting page.
