Public Commenting

Thank you for your interest in providing comments on the Growler Draft Amended Analysis. Public involvement is a fundamental aspect of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. 

The public comment period for this project opened on March 14, 2025, and closed on May 13, 2025.

The Navy appreciates your input. Substantive comments submitted during the public commenting period were considered in developing the Final Amended Analysis. Responses to all public comments the Navy received can be found in Appendix C to the Final Amended Analysis.
