Thank you for your interest in providing comments on the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Homeporting of Constellation-Class Frigates at Naval Station Everett, Washington during the public involvement process.

The public commenting period closed on March 11, 2024. The U.S Navy appreciates all of the comments received. Comments were considered and addressed in the Final EA, which was finalized in September 2024 and is now available for download on the Final Documents page.
