The Action Proponents will evaluate the reasonably foreseeable effects the Proposed Action may have on the human, natural, and cultural environments. The Supplemental EIS will also include an analysis of measures that would avoid, minimize, or mitigate environmental effects potentially resulting from military readiness activities.
