Public Comments

The Action Proponents accepted public comments during the scoping period from June 7 to July 22, 2025, Chamorro Standard Time. Comments submitted via the project website or by mail will be considered under NEPA and pursuant to Section 106 of the NHPA. The Draft SEIS/OEIS will be available for public review and comment in January/February 2026.
